For AVI water management audits were conducted by me on four sites to assess the site water management and water quality relative to the product intrinsic risks. The aim was to identify potential risks impacting on water hygiene such that sustainable processes or product quality could be compromised. The four sites were Snackworks, Entyce, Willards Snacks and Westmead.
