Troon Gardens

Project Information Troon Garden Apartments commissioned NrG to design, project manage and oversee the installation of 59 x 200L Solar Hot Water Systems for their building. The solar system replaced an existing gas boiler and supplies 59 units across 3 floors. The implementation of the system saves the building more than 60% on their gas bill. The system is automated and can be accessed and controlled through a webpage. The initial repayment period calculated was 4 years, although after commissioning more savings were incurred than expected and the return on investment was 2 years.
