Merpak is an envelope manufacturing facility based in Johannesburg. Merpak was established in 1968, they strive for excellence in value, service and quality. Their concern for the environment is also paramount to their operations and they have a publically available environmental policy in place. As part of the energy audit, NRG guided the site on realistic energy reduction targets which can be integrated into an energy policy. Overall approximately 350 000kWh of energy savings was identified detailed in the energy audit report.
