Project Information NrG performed an analysis of the shopping mall’s energy consumption and, from here, identified energy outliers. A valuable benchmarking tool was used to allow the mall to analyse their performance compared to other South African Shopping malls as well as the performance of their individuals tenants to similar tenants in the industry. This interactive process supported the identification of ongoing and effective energy cost reductions for both the mall and its tenants.
