Next Renewable Generation was approached by this large scale stationary manufacturer to investigate and monitor energy usage within the factory, warehouse and offices. This was done through monitoring of Significant Energy Users (SEU’s) over peak periods. Following assessment and analysis, it was discovered that the potential annual reduction that could be achieved amounted to 351 175 kWh annually. Potentially saving the site R 406 827 per year. This was achieved through various behavioural changes and load reduction exercises and implementation of energy efficient technologies. The client found the exercise hugely rewarding.
