This month we share NrG’s perspective on managing beer quality throughout COVID-19. This slide pack was collated based on insights gained from the ASBC webinar where various important aspects of beer quality management were discussed. The aim is to provide brewers, plant managers and quality teams with some guidance to managing impact on production due to COVID-19.
